After buying a subscription you have full refund rights, but with conditions: you can request a refund only within the first 24 hours, during which your subscription is activated.
The refund policy is a means of guarantee and security for the consumer that we deliver exactly what was purchased, no more and no less; it is not a means of trying the service and requesting a refund within the 24 hours.

All consumers should understand that they have the right to request a refund within the first 24 hours only, and that we cannot refund the money in full after that, because the money is spent on each new account.

Note: the money is deducted only once and is not renewed continuously.

When does this refund policy apply?

The service we provide is Windows serials, original programs and IPTV subscriptions, and anything we offer as a "BONUS" is not covered by our refund policy (this includes EPG, VOD and Catchup). If you find that any of these does not work or is incomplete, we do not refund the money.

What we refund the money for

1 – We did not send your subscription within 48 hours after the purchase: we refund your money if we did not send you your order within 48 hours or did not reply to your messages within these 48 hours (the refund does not apply if we sent your order and it later reached your spam folder and you did not notice).

So if you do not receive your order within 24 hours, please contact us using a Gmail email address.

2 – If you face a lot of streaming problems within the first 48 hours:

If it turns out the problem is on our side, and we did not fix the problem within 24 hours, we refund your money. But if the support team sends you video proof that the server is working well, we cannot refund your money after that, though we will try with all our means to help you solve the problem whose source is on the customer's side.
