The Fire TV Stick 4K is one of the most popular devices in the world, palm-sized, with a classic design. The device is made of plastic, measures 99 × 30 × 14 mm and weighs 53.6 g. On the front of the device is an HDMI 2.0b port that outputs video in 4K Ultra HD at up to 60 frames per second with HDR support, and on one side is a micro USB 2.0 OTG port.

It comes with a quad-core MediaTek MT8695 processor at 1.7 GHz, a PowerVR GE8300 MP4 graphics processor and 1.5 GB of DDR4 RAM. It also has around 8 GB of internal storage, dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi with 2×2 MIMO, and Bluetooth 5.0.

The Fire TV Stick 4K also has HDMI 2.0b supporting 4K at up to 60 frames per second with HDR support. This version comes with Amazon's FireOS 6.2, based on Android 7.1.2 (32-bit), and has an excellent, very advanced audio system from Dolby, the latest version of Dolby Atmos. The device also features the second-generation Alexa AI technology.
